If installation work has commenced with your agreement, your right to cancel may be limited. Custom-manufactured equipment may not be refundable. Please review our specific cancellation terms in your service agreement.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are:

  • Quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
  • Inclusive of VAT where applicable (currently 0% for renewable energy installations)
  • Subject to change without notice until contract formation
  • Based on current equipment costs and may be adjusted for significant price changes

5.2 Payment Schedule

Standard payment terms are:

  • Deposit: 10-25% upon contract signing
  • Progress Payment: 50-70% upon delivery of equipment to site
  • Final Payment: Remaining balance upon completion and commissioning
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or approved financing

5.3 Late Payment

Late payment charges may apply at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate for overdue amounts, calculated daily from the due date.

6. Installation and Performance

6.1 Site Access and Preparation

The customer must provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the installation site
  • Adequate parking facilities for installation vehicles
  • A suitable electrical supply for installation equipment
  • Clear access routes free from obstructions
  • Notification of any hazardous materials or site conditions

6.2 Installation Timeline

Installation timelines are estimates based on:

  • Normal weather conditions and seasonal factors
  • Availability of equipment and installation teams
  • Timely receipt of required permits and approvals
  • No unforeseen site complications or access issues

6.3 Changes and Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be:

  • Requested in writing by the customer
  • Assessed for technical feasibility and cost impact
  • Agreed in writing before implementation
  • Subject to additional charges as applicable

7. Warranties and Performance Guarantees
